Breakfast is the most important meal of the day 😌. The heavy and healthier it is, the better for you.
Mandazi, creamed mbaazi, sausages, and scrambled eggs 😜
Flour, sugar, baking powder, Water and oil.
Make the dough, leave it for 10-15 mins to relax, powder the surface and roll the dough, cut it into shapes of your choice(circle/square/triangle), deep them into hot oil, remove once they turn to golden brown and serve when warm.
Pre-boiled mbaazi,onions, salt, cooking oil and coconut cream.
Rinse the pre-boiled mbaazi and allow them to dry, pour oil into a frying pan, add onions and fry for a few minutes, add the mbaazi, add salt, stir and leave to cook for 5 mins, pour the coconut cream, stir and let it simmer for 10minutes. Serve when hot.
Sausages, cooking oil.
Boil the sausages for 10minutes to let them cook, pour little oil on the pan to heat, remove the sausages from the hot water and shallow fry in the pan. Once they turn golden brown remove and serve when hot.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add margarine into a pan and let it melt, add the beaten eggs and some more margarine, stir the mixture continuously with a whisk until the eggs turn out scrambled. Serve when hot.
